20th July 2010 - What's next on Terms & Conditions Integration?
Further to the 12th July update, Accord has today (July 20th) provided further information as the implementation date proposed by the Bank, 1 August, is fast approaching.

The majority of Accord members who voted are in favour of the changes. However, it is clear that there is deep concern in relation to a number of the proposed changes. We will, of course, follow the democratic outcome but we still feel there is work to be done before concluding integration and moving the debate on to the other issues which are impacting on members' working lives.
A team from the Union will be meeting the Bank again this Thursday (July 22) and another update will be issued as soon as possible afterwards.
