26th May 2010 - Don't Be Too Busy To Vote
Today (26th May) members received details of the revised offer from the Lloyds Banking Group on the proposed integration of terms and conditions of employment for HBOS and Lloyds TSB staff.
The proposals are intended to bring HBOS and Lloyds TSB staff onto a common set of terms and conditions and support organisational integration.
Accord has always said that we will not agree to proposals unless we have a clear mandate from members to do so.
Electoral Reform Services has been appointed to carry out a secure and confidential ballot of members. Voting instructions will be posted to home addresses on Friday, 28th May and the mailing will also include an Accord publication which addresses the issues.
