10th March 2010 - Pay 2010 : Talks go to ACAS
Further joint talks took place last week at which the Union tried to make progress on the pensions, pay and terms and conditions issues following the members' consultative ballot last month. On Pay 2010, the Bank indicated that it intends to implement the proposal despite the rejection of the offer by members of Accord and Unite. Both unions have registered a "failure to agree" under the Partnership Agreement between HBOS, Accord and Unite. The Bank has agreed to meet the Unions at ACAS on Tuesday, March 16th.
