Ballot Update

It’s really disappointing to report a low turnout so far of Accord members who have voted on the terms and conditions proposals, despite the fact that we’ve extended the ballot closure date to Wednesday 10th February.

Whilst some members don’t have all the information they need to vote, and we’ll be making separate arrangements to collect their views, it doesn’t account for the lack of interest shown by thousands of others.

This really is your opportunity to say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the reward package on offer from the newly created Lloyds Banking Group.  If you don’t have your say now, you are weakening Accord’s negotiating position.

We want to take a resounding message to your employer about the improvements some Accord members are demanding.
